We want every CrispyMoney order to arrive quickly, intact, and exactly as expected. This page explains our shipping timeframes and costs across New Zealand, our returns process, and what to do if something arrives damaged or incorrect.
All orders are dispatched from our Auckland warehouse using tracked courier services. Standard delivery costs NZ$6.90 and typically takes 2–4 business days for North Island addresses and 3–5 business days for the South Island. Orders over NZ$60 ship free automatically at checkout, no code required. Rural delivery addresses may take 1–2 additional business days. Orders placed before 1pm on a business day are generally dispatched the same day; orders placed after 1pm, on weekends, or on public holidays are dispatched the next business day.
We currently ship to a small number of international destinations on request. Contact us at hello@crispy-money.com before ordering to confirm availability, shipping cost and estimated delivery time to your country, as rates and delivery windows vary significantly outside New Zealand.
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with a tracking link from our courier partner. If your tracking hasn't updated within 3 business days of dispatch, please contact our support team and we'll follow up with the courier on your behalf.
If a book isn't the right fit for where you're at, you may return it unused and in its original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. To start a return, email hello@crispy-money.com with your order number and reason for return, and we'll send you return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was faulty, damaged, or incorrectly sent. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the returned item.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number, and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund, in line with your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. We cover all return shipping costs in these cases.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal at checkout. All transactions are processed over an encrypted connection through our payment partners, and CrispyMoney does not store your full card number on our own servers at any point.
